The IS420ESWAH1A is an IONet switch module used in GE Mark VIe control system networks to interconnect controllers, I/O packs, and related networked devices over industrial Ethernet. It combines copper Ethernet connectivity with a single fiber uplink option to support cabinet-to-cabinet or skid-to-skid network extensions while maintaining deterministic communications within the control architecture.

Built in a rugged metal enclosure, the switch module includes front-panel status indication for quick field checks and clearly identified terminal interfaces for power and service connections. The unit supports DIN-rail installation with alternate mounting orientations depending on panel layout requirements.
