Flexible Redundancy SupportThe hardware is designed for both Simplex and TMR configurations. In Simplex mode, it connects via the JR1 plug, while TMR setups utilize JR1, JS1, and JT1 to interface with R, S, and T processors. It supports multi-coil servos, accommodating up to three coils per output channel in redundant configurations.


Extended Field Connectivity Engineered for large-scale industrial sites, the board supports a maximum two-way cable resistance of 15 ohms. This allows for reliable signal transmission over cable lengths reaching up to 300 meters (984 feet), providing flexibility in the placement of control cabinets relative to the turbine skid.

Hardware-Based Protection and GroundingThe board includes JD1 and JD2 external trip plugs that link directly to the protection module for emergency shutdown. Two 24-point terminal blocks accept up to #12 AWG wiring, while adjacent shield termination strips provide a dedicated low-impedance path for cable shields to prevent electromagnetic interference.
