Advanced Daughterboard Integration The DS200DDTBG2ABB is designed to interface directly with the DS200ADMA daughterboard, which subsequently connects to the DS200DSPC Digital Signal Processor board. This tiered architecture allows for localized signal conditioning before data is processed by the primary controller, reducing CPU overhead and improving response times.

Onboard Diagnostic and Calibration Tools For real-time maintenance and troubleshooting, the board features 33 dedicated test points and an array of 17 status LEDs. Twelve user-configurable jumper switches allow for precise signal routing and hardware customization, enabling technicians to adapt the board to specific turbine site requirements without additional software overhead.

Robust Power and Signal Conditioning The hardware includes two onboard transformers, four relays, and fourteen transistors to manage mechanical actuation and signal isolation. To ensure long-term stability in high-EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) environments, the board utilizes a network of varistors, resistor arrays, and high-tolerance capacitors to suppress transients and maintain signal purity.
