Product Overview

The CC-GAOX21 is a GI/IS analog output module used in Honeywell FSC System environments to drive current-loop control signals to field devices. It provides 16 independent 4–20 mA output channels for valves, positioners, I/P converters, and recording instruments that require stable analog command signals. The module is typically applied in cabinet builds where a compact, non-redundant analog output solution is acceptable and where wiring fault detection and output verification are required for maintenance integrity.

In addition to generating output current, the CC-GAOX21 supports output readback and diagnostic functions that help confirm the commanded signal is being delivered as expected. Channel-level response behavior can be configured to match the site’s safety and operational philosophy when abnormal conditions occur.
