Maintain a flush mounting condition where the sensor front is level with the surrounding metal to prevent false triggering and ensure precise measurements.

Set the nominal gap voltage according to the NAMUR amplifier specifications. Ensure the current consumption is ≥ 3 mA when the target is not detected and ≤ 1 mA when the target is detected.

Observe a minimum cable bending radius of at least 10 times the cable diameter to prevent internal conductor breakage.

Route the PVC cable away from high-voltage lines and sources of heavy electromagnetic interference to maintain signal fidelity.
