Designed to optimize dynamic material transport across high-throughput production environments, these compact platforms feature expanded payload capacities, rapid inductive charging, and full integration with enterprise-level industrial automation software to streamline modern plant floor workflows.

The newly unveiled LD-150 and LD-300 models address critical operational bottlenecks where spatial efficiency and heavy material transport intersect. Capable of handling payloads up to 150 kg across a 500 mm frame and 300 kg across a 580 mm frame respectively, the robotics platform achieves travel speeds up to 2.1 m/s while negotiating factory ramps up to 5 degrees. Fast wireless charging capability fully replenishes power reserves in under 30 minutes, drastically minimizing charging downtime in continuous manufacturing cycles.

Beyond mechanical throughput, the units incorporate full 360-degree safety scanner protection compliant with ISO 3691-4:2023 standards. Seamless fleet management is achieved via OMRON FLOW Core software, allowing plant managers to orchestrate mixed fleets of mobile units without overhaul to existing physical infrastructure. As facilities transition toward flexible manufacturing, implementing a robust DCS controller architecture alongside smart mobile fleets ensures real-time operational synchronization between fixed machine cells and internal logistics routes.
