The ICS Triplex T8111C serves as the primary logic solver for the Trusted™ Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) System. This high-integrity processor is designed to provide fault-tolerant control for the world’s most demanding industrial safety and critical control applications. Utilizing a sophisticated triplicated architecture, the T8111C executes application logic across three independent processing engines simultaneously. By performing continuous 2-out-of-3 (2oo3) hardware voting on all internal operations, the module ensures that a single-point failure—whether hardware or software induced—cannot result in a loss of safety function or an unnecessary process trip.

Engineered for the "Continuous Run" philosophy, the T8111C allows for maximum system availability. It manages all I/O polling, executes complex control algorithms, and handles system-wide diagnostics. In high-stakes environments such as nuclear facilities, offshore platforms, and large-scale chemical refineries, the T8111C provides the deterministic performance and rigorous fault isolation required to protect personnel, assets, and the environment.
