Original Condition & ESD Packaging: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original factory packaging, including all manuals and accessories. For electronic modules (PLCs, DCS), the anti-static seals must remain intact. Items returned with damaged ESD packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
