Product Overview

The GE IS220YDOAS1A is a discrete output I/O pack used to command and supervise relay-based outputs in GE control architectures. It interfaces directly to a compatible discrete output terminal board through a high-density connector and communicates with the control system over one or two Ethernet-based I/O networks. The pack processes output commands from the controller, drives the associated relay circuits, and reads back terminal-board feedback to support verification and diagnostics.

The module is designed for cabinet installations where reliable discrete actuation and clear maintenance visibility are required. It supports both simplex installations and high-availability configurations when used in redundant system designs.
