The 1769-OB32 is a high-density solid-state output module engineered for the Allen-Bradley CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500 controller families. This module provides 32 independent sourcing outputs, enabling the control of a large array of 24V DC field devices while occupying only a single expansion slot. The 32 channels are partitioned into two isolated groups of 16 points each, which enhances circuit isolation and simplifies wiring layouts in complex control panels.

Designed for efficiency in space-limited applications, the sourcing configuration delivers positive voltage directly to the connected load when the output is activated. This high-density architecture is ideal for high-volume automated systems, including packaging machinery, sorting conveyors, and general manufacturing assembly lines.

To ensure reliable performance across the backplane, the 1769-OB32 features a power supply distance rating of eight. This means the module must be installed within eight module positions of the system power supply to maintain voltage stability. Each output is capable of high-speed switching, featuring a maximum hardware delay of 0.1 milliseconds during state transitions from OFF to ON, and 1.0 millisecond from ON to OFF.
