The Allen-Bradley 150-F135NBDB is a high-performance SMC™ Flex Solid State Smart Motor Controller designed for the precise regulation of three-phase industrial motors. Rated for a 135A current capacity, this advanced controller provides a modular and scalable solution for motor starting, reducing mechanical stress on equipment and limiting inrush current. As part of the Bulletin 150 family, the 150-F135NBDB integrates sophisticated power electronics with intelligent diagnostics to ensure smooth acceleration and deceleration across various load types, from simple fans to high-inertia pumps.

The unit features an integrated bypass contactor, which significantly reduces heat dissipation during normal operation by shunting the SCRs (Silicon Controlled Rectifiers) once the motor reaches full speed. This design extends component life and improves overall system efficiency. With a built-in LCD display and keypad, the 150-F135NBDB allows for intuitive parameter configuration and real-time monitoring of motor performance metrics.
