The built-in input processing includes high-speed counter functions. For N30/N40/N60 models, OMRON specifies three incremental pulse counters at 100 kHz, three at 10 kHz, two up/down counters at 100 kHz, two pulse-plus-direction counters at 100 kHz, and two differential-phase counters at 50 kHz.
