The Honeywell TC-ODD321 is a high-density, 32-point Digital Output (DO) module engineered for the Experion® Process Knowledge System (PKS) chassis. This module serves as a critical interface within a Distributed Control System (DCS), allowing the controller to drive a variety of 24 VDC field devices such as solenoid valves, pilot lights, and industrial relays. By providing 32 discrete output channels in a compact form factor, it maximizes I/O density within the control cabinet while maintaining high operational reliability.

The module is architected with dual-group isolation, where the 32 points are divided into two groups of 16, each sharing a separate common. This configuration allows for greater flexibility in wiring and provides an added layer of fault containment. With integrated opto-isolation and sophisticated fault-state programming, the TC-ODD321 ensures that critical industrial processes remain stable and safe even during communication interruptions.
